We were established March 22, 2014 when the first meeting took place at Hagaman Memorial Library in East Haven.  Click here for information about the East Haven meeting.

 

The New Haven meeting @ The Grove, sponsored by Yale Humanist Community, takes place at The Grove in New Haven and was established October 6, 2014.  Click here for more information about the meeting in New Haven.

 

The New Haven meeting @ The Wilson Branch of the New Haven Free Public Library is our second New Haven meeting.  We meet on Saturday mornings.  Please click here for more information about this meeting.

 

What you do outside of the meeting is MORE IMPORTANT than what you do at the meeting and face-to-face meetings are only a segment of SMART.  Here are some other things you can do:

 

1) Go to smartrecovery.org and attend one or more online meetings.
2) Purchase a handbook.  Handbooks are available at smartrecovery.org and we also have some for purchase at the meeting.
3) Put what you learn into practice in your everyday life.
